France qualifies for WBSC Women’s Baseball World Cup – Americas Qualifier begins in Venezuela

France is the first nation out of a total of 12 to secure a spot in the first stage, which will be played in 2023. The Americas Qualifier is going to start today, and at the end of it, there will be four National Teams.

The Women’s World Cup qualifier for the Americas will get underway in Venezuela today (Friday, August 12), and it will determine which four national teams will proceed to the first stage of the tournament.
In Macuto, which is located in the state of Vargas in the Caribbean, world No. 5 Venezuela will play host to world No. 7 Cuba, no. 6 Dominican Republic, no. 12 Mexico, no. 17 Nicaragua, and no. 9 Puerto Rico.
The tournament will follow a single round-robin format for its whole.
